Sale of Modern Household Furniture, Piano, Beds, &c.

Will sell by Auction, on Monday 11th October 1897, on the premises of Mr. Percy M. Smith, Market Square, Higham Ferrers (who is removing), the modern Household Furniture, superior Walnut Piano, Drawing-room Suite, Beds, &c, &c, viz.-

Dining-Room—Handsome walnut piano, music stool, gent's easy chair in leather, folding ditto, 6 small chairs, table, writing desk,
3 bookshelves, quantity of books, Singer's sewing machine, fender, fire brasses, coal vase, mirror, hanging lamp, linoleum, hearthrug, mirror, timepiece, ornaments, 10 pictures, stuffed birds, cornice pole, lace curtains, flower vase, placques, wall brackets, &c, &c.

Drawing-Room—Walnut suite in green embossed velvet, consisting of lady's and gent’s chairs, couch and 6 small chairs; folding chair,
3 gipsy tables, whatnot, brass-rail fender, fire brasses and ashpan, tapestry carpet, hearthrug, ornaments, marble timepiece,
2 brass cornice poles, 2 pairs lace curtains, 5 pictures,
black and gold mirror, placques, brackets, &c.      

The whole of the appointments of four bedrooms;
also the contents of kitchen, pantry, &c.

Sale to commence at one o’clock prompt.

On view morning of sale from 10 a.m.
