The only Mr Bond living in Rushden at the time was:

Edwin F G Bond, a carpenter by trade, came to Rushden about 1895. He was born at Wellingborough and married Alice from Northampton.

At Rushden they had daughters Lily in 1897 and Doris in 1899. They lived at 53 Moor Road.

By 1903 Dr T Bromilow was living there, but had left by 1910.
