Salvation Army - Charity Shop

When the E. R. Cutmore's shop closed the Salvation Army made it a Charity Shop, and later, after moving down Church Street in 2000 to the corner of John Street, they converted this into a thriving Coffee Shop called the Olive Branch.
Sadly at the start of Covid in 2020 they announced the cafe would close down.
The Charity shop had moved to 20 Church Street and is still continuing to raise funds for the church and the important social work they do for the needy. |
