A PEST OF BATS
Having for some time suspected some unwelcome animals in the roof of his house, Mr. J. Rice, of Albion-place, Rushden, was surprised on Saturday last to notice a very large number of bats flying from the roof. No fewer than 169 of these mammals were counted, whilst making their exit, by the inhabitants of the house.
