Mixed Hockey - Good Friday Match at Rushden
One of the merriest sporting events at Rushden on Good Friday was the hockey match between the Baptist and Miss Dyke’s XI. Our photographer snapped the combined teams just before play began. Despite a too-lively ball the play was interesting and the result, a 3-3 draw, was a fair reflex of the game.
