Two share certificates but unissued bear the date 15th January 1912.
They were for Ordinary Shares (Employés' Shares) but as this is No.4 certificate perhaps none were issued? It had been hoped to raise the sum of £50,000 by issuing 3500 Ordinary Shares at £10 each and 1500 Five per cent Preference Shares also at £10 each.
