Marked in turquoise is the Congregational Church, in blue the War Memorial, in green the St Mary's Parish Church.

Marked red is Campion's House, demolished for road widening.

The boot & Shoe factory is

The greenhouses on 'The Donkey' belonged to Mr. Desborough, a well known florist for many years in Church Street. [Hubert Leonard Desborough - florist - was at 21 Church St in 1940 until at least 1973]
