Victoria Road

Victoria Road is at the north end of High Street, and in two parts. The lower part is mostly a terrace of residential houses, leading up to Rectory Road. A shoe factory is on the top corner with Rectory Road.

Across the road is the upper part of the road, and this is a 'no through road'.
It earlier had led to a large stone house, part of the old Denton's farm, called Eastfields.
