Give and take is the secret to a successful marriage.
Harold & Connie Glenn - Diamond Wedding

So say diamond wedding couple Connie and Harold Glenn, of Quorn Road, Rushden.

The couple celebrate 60 years together today and have barely had a cross word in that time.

Connie, 85, said: "We just keep rolling along. I enjoy knitting and doing crosswords and Harold plays bowls. We enjoy each other's company."

The couple married at Higham Ferrers Methodist Church.

They will mark the occasion with a small family party.
