A well-known inhabitant expired on Monday afternoon last, in the person of Mr. Daniel Tomblin, who has been a sufferer for a long time from a painful illness.

He was formerly in the employ of Mr. S. Knight, and the arrangements for the funeral, which took place yesterday afternoon, were superintended by that gentleman.
