No Fewer than four Rushden couples are due to celebrate their golden weddings this weekend.

They are Mr and Mrs George Adams, 62, Queen Street, Mr and Mrs William Keller, Shirley Road, Mr and Mrs C W Neville, 41 Washbrook Road and Mr and Mrs John Sayer.

On the same Easter Day, Mrs Neville recollects, 22 other couples were married in Rushden.
